No Compatible

Question

Hola, estoy queriendo poder descargar las versiones de Photoshop y Premiere Pro, pero a la hora de descargarlos me sale que no son compatibles con mi dispositivo, al revisar los requerimientos minimos pude comprobar que los cumplo así que no entiendo porque mi dispositivo no es compatible.

Los requerimientos minimos son:

Intel 6ta generación / Poseo I5-11400
Compatibilidad requerida con Advanced Vector Extensions 2 / Me fijé y mi procesador es compatible
Windows 10 (64 bits) versión 22 o posteriores / Poseo Windows 10 (64 bits) versión 22H2
8 GB de RAM / Poseo de 16 GB de RAM
2 GB de memoria GPU / Poseo 4 GB de memoria GPU
8 GB de espacio / Tengo más de 100 GB de espacio
1920 x 1080 / 1920 x 1080
Modelo del controlador de Microsoft Windows o compatible con ASIO / Compatible

Con todo lo anterior, no estaría entendiendo el por qué me dice que NO es compatible.

I can't speak to the Photoshop requirements, but here are the Premiere Pro requirements; perhaps there's something specific, about the GPU.

While installation is usually straightforward, it is possible to get a false notification about system compatability.

Start a support chat for help with installation. Enter "agent" with the virtual assistant and you should be prompted to continue via chat or phone. Allow an hour or two to get it resolved.
