On what disk should I create project files?

Heys guys. I recently wanted to finally use my 3 disk setup, but when I was about to start it dawned on me.

I had no idea, where I wanted to save the project files. The setup was like this: C: programs 😧 cashe E: raw data/final videos

But where would you put the projects? E? or rather D?
