one big monitor or 2 smaller monitor

Hello, it is not strictly premiere relate, but just to see your opinion in best setup

I have now 2 24'' monitor (2k)

To recover some room in my desk, i am thinking that i might swith to one 27 (or more) monitor..may be with more resolution than  2k so i could have more space in the screen

What do you think it is best between the 2 options? i never used suche a big monitor
