PC Build $2,500 budget for AE and Element 3D

Hello everyone,

i want to build my computer for primely using AE and element 3D. I want it to be on the top concerning texturizing. I am NOT going to use it for gaming. Mainly professional purposes. If anyone as already a machine with an excellent set up and would recommend it I will gladly appreciate !
