PC Build for 4-5K RED Footage

Hello,

I'm looking to get a new PC for editing. I will be working with RED R3D files (mainly 4K and 5K at present).

I am wondering what specs would be ideal to enable smooth playback (ideally at 1/2 debayer, but pehaps 1/4 if that results in a machine I can't afford).

Many thanks
