Hello , if you had experience please advise , which of these processors performs better in editing and rendering Ryzen 5 3600 or Ryzen 2700 or is it worth taking an intel core i7?

If you edit H.264/265? Some of the Intel CPUs have Quick Sync. The video below demonstrats how Quick Sync can help for rendering and playback.
