PC Upgrade for Premiere and After Effects

Hey Community,

i posted already in a post that i have issues with my perfomance in PP and AE. Because of that i want to upgrade my PC and maybe some of you guys can help me. 
My Specs are:  

Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-7960X CPU 2.80GHz 16 Cores
32,0 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti
ROG Strix x299-E Gaming Mainboard

In my eyes it looks like it is an problem with the compatibility of the parts. I want to Upgrade my RAM to at least 64GB to 128GB and i am already looking for a faster SSD. Because i am not the biggest brain in this area i need some help. Some friends say the major problem are the SSD, my RAM, my i9 and the Mainboard.
My budget is somewhere around 2500€, i would be happy if someone could give me some advices and put me some parts together because right now my workflow is a nightmare with the laggs and crashes.
