Please advise with budget laptop supporting Premiere Pro

Hello All,

I want a laptop under 1 lakh INR (budget laptop) purely for Video Editing purpose. Please recommend a good laptop model with supports Premiere Pro 100% and BEST for video editing under 1 lakh price.

My preference: Editing should be smooth, decent battery life and good sound quality.

Also, can Gaming laptops be 100% compatible for video editing? Why? Why not?

Pls advise ASAP, thank you!
