Premiere and AMD Radeon PRO's? no GPU acceleration?

I need to use a graphics card that works well for both 3Ds Max and Premiere. It looks like only AMD Radeon PRO's are so far certified for the most recent 3Ds Max's. But Radeon PRO's don't do GPU acceleration (no CUDA )... or do they? I'm looking at a AMD Radeon PRO WX 7100.

Sorry, but no non-Nvidia GPU supports CUDA at all. In Windows, AMD Radeon Pro GPUs support only OpenCL for GPGPU processing.

 

And that WX 7100 is on the recommended GPU list for Windows OpenCL.
