Question

Premiere Pro, After effects, even Davinci Resolve failing to open on my PC

I am nearly in tears. When I open Photoshop it works fine. When I try to open Premiere pro or after effects, the splash screen pops up and them goes away. Davinci doesn't even try. I just spent $300 on a new graphics card and it's still not working what do I do?

Your installed version of Windows 10 is not a general release build. It is an insider (aka beta) build, which is not officially supported at all by Microsoft. Only general release builds are supported by all video editing programs.
