Premiere Pro crashes when opening a project

Hi,

Thanks for your help-

I recently build my new pc.

-Intel 8700K

-32gb DDR4 Ram

-Nvidia 1060 SC 6Gb

-Windows 10 Home

I installed Premiere Pro 2018, but after few days, I started to get the blue screen, every time I opened a project. Sometimes was the blue screen (error names listed bellow), and sometimes it just freeze all.

Errors:

PAGE_FAULT_IN _NONPAGED_AREA

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION

etc.

I updated Nvidia drivers... I updated the Display drivers.... but nothing changed-
