Premiere shuts off computer when I try to render.

Updated premiere to version 23.2.0 (build 69) and now when I try to render my computer just shuts off. I know most people are quick to blame the hardware but my system is build for editing and the thermal read outs are well within operating range, drivers are up to date, and i have 2 identical machines in my studio. The computer running the older version works just fine as im currently rendering a large project on it. My question is has anyone else run into this problem with the new version of premiere? I'm using the same footage from the same source on both computers so it's not a corrupt file and the fact that the computer shuts off immediately after I click render makes me think this is software based. Computer specs below for reference.

    >drivers are up to date

1 - did you go to nvidia to update your driver?

2 - are you using the Studio driver or the Gaming driver?

    nVidia Driver Downloads https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
-for all Adobe programs use the STUDIO driver, not the GAMING driver
-To achieve the highest level of reliability, Studio Drivers undergo extensive
-testing against multi-app creator workflows and multiple revisions of the top
-creative applications from Adobe to Autodesk and beyond

I did a clean install of the most current studio driver as part of my trouble shooting, didn't help.

The machines I'm working on are BOXX systems so the first call I made was to them, we did drivers, ram test, uninstall/reinstall, and they pulled all the errors my computer had thrown after the update. it all came back clean no errors in the system and the RAM had 0 errors on all 4 passes.
