problem with gtx1070

Hello i recently build my new pc with ryzen 3700, asus tuf b550 and 32gb ram. I had a gtx 760 card till yesterday, with some limitations but i could use it. Today i finally got the 1070..and it is worste! The video (form xt3, 4k, h265) don't play at all, they are just freezed.

I installed the latest STUDIO driver of the 1070

any idea?

    I have the 1070ti and works just fine.

    Mind you, you are trying to playback in real time heavily compressed footage.

    Convert to an edit friendly codec or use proxies.
