Quadro Vs GeForce

I'm doing a bit of research in the GPU department. Mainly on Quadro RTX4000 vs GeForce RTX 2070.I'm aware that there's a small difference in Cuda core counts along with some other minor stuff.
As far as i can tell the big difference is 10-bit output for OpenCL, Pr Ps Ae etc.
But do the Quadros come with more perks over the GeForce line of cards? Like HW encoding for video exports etc?
