Quick Question Regarding Animate, CPUs, Single vs Dual Core

Hello,

I am in the market for a new computer particularly for working in Adobe Animate (also Premiere and After Effects.)

I believe Adobe Animate is not using dual cores when rendering. Or at least not under most conditions.

Is this correct?

I just want to try to make a smart purchase.
