Re: Premiere Pro dropping frames

I too have a major frame dropping proble,

I just moved from Premier Pro C6 on older Windows 7 computer, to Premier Pro 2020 on a computer with the below specs. The same project file ran on my older computer without dropping frames, but has massive amount of dropped frames on my new and much more powerful computer. The media is 1080p, mostly png-seqence with only one video track. Task Manager indicates it's using 20% CPU and 10% RAM. Even with 1/4 playback resolution it drops frames.
