Recommendations for best laptop for Adobe Premiere Pro

My current laptop bought in 2105 Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro simply can't handle Premiere Pro 2020. I get an unsupported video message and it just glitches so bad.

What do people recommend for the best laptops on the market now and what spec should I be looking for?
