Recommendations for editing laptop.

I have a late 2016 Macbook. with these specs. It works great when I'm just using 1 editing program. But if I have Premiere pro, photoshop and maybe another program open it grinds to a hault, which kills my work time. Wondering if anyone knows of a laptop  no more than $1500 that would be great for editing. I know most people believe mac is the way to go, but it just seems I can get more bang for my buck with pc. Don't have $3000 to drop into Apple. Thanks...
