Running Pr on an HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop - 15t

I am looking a buying the aforementioned laptop, and will be running Premiere Pro on it.  Keep in mind, I am only using it for personal use and hobbying.

My main questions/concerns are:

Is the screen resolution size fit to run Pr?

Is the quad-core processor up to speed enough to run Pr?

I will probably go with the 16gb RAM option, as it would give me some space to work with.

    You won't be able to use it on battery because the processor will throttle down too much.
