School laptop advise

Hi Guys,

My son needs a laptop for his school work and needs to run the latest Adobe PS and Premiere software. Could you tell me if a laptop with Windows 10, Core i7 10th gen CPU, SSD HD, 16GB ram and a dedicated Nvidia GTX 1650 graphic card will work well for the next 3 years? My budget is limited to € 1000,- Thanks for your opinion. Eric
