Should I get a Mac Pro or a new MacBook Pro to edit 4K video in Premier shot on RED Cam? Specs?

I am in the market for choosing a new Mac, but I am seeing many mixed reviews on what is best for editing 4K video. I have been told that the processing speed on the new 15" MacBook Pro would be good enough to edit 4K video without lag or render issues, but I want to be certain.

I have also heard mixed reviews about getting a Mac Pro--some good some bad, saying it is not that compatible with Adobe Premier itself.

Can somebody please advise if I were to get one other the other, which would be the better to get? And what specs? I assume 32GB of memory is important, but I am no computer whiz and was hoping somebody could advise on what choices I should be making.
