Should I use Cuda?

I see a lot of advice on how to install Cuda...

But should I install it on my Mac computer?

and if so why is it not shipped with Premier anyway?

or After Effects..

Im on an iMac at work

icore7 nividia graphics card

adobe Premier CC 2018.

On PC's CUDA is built into the nVidia driver so it is not part of Premiere..
