Slow timeline playback 4k drone footage

Installed premiere pro CC 2018, fresh windows 10 and all driver updates, everything worked flawless and one day playback went to a complete stutter.

I edit with 2 monitors, the second one is fullscreen and i need full quality, 1/2 just won't work for me, it's pixelated.

System :

amd 1800x, rx480 8gb, 16gb and SSD's for scratch media files.....all that.

THE STRANGE THING IS, IF I ENABLE HIGH QUALITY PLAYBACK I GET 30-40 DROPPED FRAMES, IF I SET FULL QUALITY I GET 300-400 DROPPED FRAMES.

Footage has minor lumetri corrections added, opencl works and is enabled.

In resolve and sony vegas drone files plays perfectly.

What happened that i suddenly lost the performance ? windows updates ? graphic driver is the same  so ?

    No matter, found a workaround.

I made adjustment on v1 and the same footage on v2 with masks, i can achieve the same thing if i duplicate lumetri and invert the mask.

What i found is that the first way i was doing adjustments the GPU wasn't used, a spike to 100% and then the GPU was 0%, the second way of making adjustments the GPU is fully utilized.

BTW, seems nobody at adobe gives a f... about this forum or in general, i pray davinci resolve or other video editing sofware gets better so i can switch, i moved from sony vegas and i thought that software had bugs, compared to adobe it's wayyy more stable, premiere just hangs in the most strange places, switching between panels, trying to open a new project, crashing randomly on the timeline, and i have only plural eyes as a plugin, buggiest software i have ever encountered.

So why do i use it ? for lumetri, easy and quick color grading.
