Specs for new tablet/laptop for adobe photoshop, illustrator, etc.

Hi,

I would like to purchase an alternative to Cintiq, such as a graphic display tablet by Huion Kamvas. My laptop(Acer? I think) is seriously under powered for adobe software.

I would like bluetooth, light weight, SSD, fast processor. I can't afford Apple as they are so out of my price range. What would you suggest I consider for the laptop....I don't care about brand, just performance. I usually buy on Amazon, but even a refurbished one on eBay or the manufacturer's website would be acceptable.
