SSD for read or write?

Hi. The way my set up is, I have one SSD that runs at 500 mbps and one that runs at 1050 (Samsung T5 & T7). What would be the best way to delegate these for use with Premiere Pro and after effects? I currently have my media files being read from a USB 3 HDD with my cache and exports going to the 500 mbps SSD. I was recently able to add the faster 1050 SSD. What's the best use of it? Does it even make sense to have it since everything else will be bottlenecked?

Thanks. Does it even make sense though since everything else is still bottlenecked at 500mbps? I should also mention that I can still return the 1050mbps ssd.
