Good Afternoon,

Hope you're enjoying the weekend.

My current laptops (Dell Inspirion 13-7359) graphics card is not compatible with running Adobes Video Production platforms.  I'm going to try and upgrade my RAM and/or download an off brand (AMD) tomorrow once I speak to DELL one last time. NVIDIA was my first choice but they don't have a graphics card for my laptop.

My second plan was to purchase a used, or new MacBook from Ebay, Amazon or another third party. A friend said to wait to purchase one because the next macbook should be out later this year but I would like to get the ball rolling with running some of Adobes platforms.

I'm looking for some suggestions on other options for me to run a graphics card on my current system (DELL)? Or any suggestions on a used macbook and a reliable source to purchase one? Maybe I should wait for the new one later this year?

Any recommendations are extremely helpful.

Thank you in advance,
Andrew

Please ensure your computer exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + OS + all other apps you intend to use.

Video editing consumes a lot of resources.  I think you get more bang for your buck with a good Windows Workstation than you will with any flavor laptop.  See link below for recommended workstations for Premier Pro users.
