System Compatibilty Report: Video Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630
Hi,
Adobe Illustrator refuses to open for me, stating that there is some kind of system compatability issue with the Intel Graphics driver I have (apparenlty it's an old version that needs to be updated).
HOWEVER: I went to the Intel page to updte the driver I need but Intel actually recommend on this page https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html to use only the graphics driver provided by Dell, since Intel only provide drivers for testing purposes: (belwo info coied an pasted from this webpage:)
Installing this Intel generic graphics driver will overwrite any customized driver from your Computer Manufacturer (OEM).
OEM drivers are handpicked, customized, and validated to resolve platform-specific issues, enable features and enhancements, and improve system stability. Intel’s generic graphics drivers are intended for testing, and we recommend using drivers from Dell. Report any issues found with this driver to Intel.

So I went to the Dell website to download their latest driver version available but no, Adobe still doesn't work for me. This is the Dell webpage where I downloaded the latest version and now it says that I'm all up-to-date: (but Intel says I have 2 updates waiting)...

So, basically, Adobe wants me to put my laptop at risk and download the latest driver versions available from Intel, despite Intel saying they "recommend" only downloading and using Dell drivers? (see screenshot below):

The version of the driver that Adobe wants me to download is a newer version than the newest version available from Dell at this time; see the screenshot of AI where it asks specifically for version 100.9168 or newer in the above screenshot? Well, the latest version availabel on Dell (and is the accredited safe version approved by Dell, whereas Intel versions are NOT recommended apparenlty, by Intel themselves as stated before) is 100.8935! WHAT A JOKE. (see screen shot below).

Honestly, I don't know what to do and it seems like Adobe has put me in a corner here, forcing me to risk my hardware. So please tell me Adobe, what exactly do you recommend for me to be able start using AI again?
Thanks!
