What is The Best set up for Premiere Pro 2018?

I have a Quadro M4000 Nvidia card, Driver 390.77, and it crashes every day about 10 times. Its reaction is slow and its playback can stall at times and I have to restart premiere all the time. Can anyone tell me why?
