Tower Shopping

Question

I'm shopping for a Desktop PC primarily for photographic editing, but I anticipate doing video editing/production. So far I'm considering the following systems:

(Lenovo ThinkCentre M920t - tower - Core i7 8700 3.2 GHz - 16 GB - SSD 512 GB).

I suspect that the graphic cards in both systems are not up to the task, but I would appreciate any advice conerning these PC's performance and especially what kid of graphics card I should specify at time of system purchase.
