Video Card GTX 4060 ?

In Premiere Pro CC 2018, your planned 4060 may be underutilized, or may be locked to software-only rendering as they do not properly recognize any GPUs newer than the RTX 20 series, and the last NVIDIA driver which existed when 2018 was superseded by the 2019 version number was only in the lower 400’s - way too old to support the RTX 40 series.

The first version of Premiere Pro with proper CUDA support for the RTX 40 series was later point builds of the 2023 version. Currently, the 2025 25.0 version is the absolute oldest version of Premiere Pro that you can legally download from Adobe, but that will disappear when version 27 of Premiere is released, leaving version 26.0 as the new oldest baseline.

2 - when I do a search the results are for a DUAL processor video card… is that what you selected?

I don’t have any experience with dual processor cards… but I do have to ask how you plan to use Premiere 2018 when it is no longer available?
