Virtual Memory Windows 10 (Auto or Manual)

Do users still manually set virtual memory in windows with the current spec of computers these days.

I am using a laptop that has 64gb ram, and trying to setup for best perofmace and stability. 

Using Adobe premiere, Lightroom mainly.
