Weird thing happens when using photoshop and fresco
I was curious if anyone else has had this happen to them...it's the first time I've seen anything like it. It's a new computer so I'm not sure if its even an adobe issue. But, it only happens when I use photoshop and fresco. In photoshop it happens when I use Actions.
I uploaded a video of the issue instead of trying to explain it. My graphics card is up to date.
