what 24 monitor

hello i am looking to buy 2 new 24 monitor for my pc, where i often do videoediting ( i replace 2 hp24es because they don t have vesa)

What is the least i should buy?i want to stay as low as possible with price...i do videoeding but little color grading..so don t really need a pro monitor

also, do you think is better one bigger screen or 2 smaller (like the 2 24)?
