What are some good mfgr/models of Android smartphones for running Creative Cloud Mobile

It's time for me to upgrade my smartphone. And since I've taken on even more creative responsibilities, I thought maybe I'd spend slightly more to get an Android phone that can actually handle the load.

So, any of you techie-people have thoughts about this? I'm totally not up on makes and models. I only care once it's time to buy, but with this crowd I thought I might as well ask.

Good brands? Minimum specs for actual use that won't make me hate life? Mfgr Android builds that mess it up?
