What hardware for Abobe Programmes and Blender?

Question

I am looking to build a new PC but need advice on the CPU. I need renders in After Effects and Blender to work fast and smoothly, while getting the best performance out of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Indesign (I create huge high quality catalogues) and Illustrator I am looking to make it the following:

CPU: NEED HELP INTEL OR AMD

GPU: Nvidia RTX 4090

RAM: 128GB

SSD: Would also like some opinions please

Could someone help with the CPU as I want to get the best out of both Adobe and Blender?
