What is Pr system usage?

Hi. I would like to assemble video rendering machine. The idea is to install Premiere Pro and with remote control initiate editing and exporting video in project shared on common drive. The editing of the video will be performed with either my laptop or the same remote control if it is not regards to color editing. It is designed to free my laptop resources.
The question is in resource relations. Should I put more money in my motherboard and processor or in the video adapter? Should I have some other advice for that?
