What laptop/portable device could I buy that can runs Premiere well?

Hello,

I am looking to purchase a new laptop/portable device that I can use the Adobe applications.   I decided to center my focus on finding one that can run Premiere well, as well as After Effects (and Cinema 4D, if possible).

I was personally thinking about the Surface Book (one of the i7/16GB versions).  It seems easy to transport and light.

I could also go the laptop route.  I have a good deal to get a discount off a Dell computer.

Which would you recommend?  If the laptop, which one would you recommend (preferably Dell).
