As I work mostly with Adobe Creative Suite and Premiere Pro, I'd like to buy a new computer but there are so many options.

1. cpu with many cores
(Min. 8 or so)
2. powerful graphics card
3. much ram (32gb or more)
4. fast hard disks (m.2 Ssd)

Can you give me an advise?

Like ABAMBO stated. GPU is currently a problem, and the market is still in a situation that the only discrete GPUs that are currently affordable are all gimped or outdated or obsolete. As such, the current affordable GPUs (at today's still-overinflated prices) would not be enough of an improvement (performance-wise) over the integrated Intel UHD Graphics 770 to justify their current street prices. And some of those affordable GPUs may not even work at all for GPU accelerated rendering or encoding in Premiere Pro due to their being too old to be supported at all in Adobe apps, forcing you to permanently lock everything to the software-only mode.

2 currently is a problem as prices are still high. A good advice could be to start with a lower level graphics card and change when prices come down again. But Intel Alder Lake CPU has a GPU built in. That may be a good solution to start with.

I would invest in the Intel Alder Lake CPUs. If you edit H.264 Intel's Quick Sync and Nvidia's Nvenc should be helpful. The video below demonstrates the power of Nvenc and Quick Sync.
