Which one I should buy, Ryzen or Intel.?

Hello, I am an Adobe Premiere Pro use and currently planning to buy a new desk top computer. Please suggest me by providing configuration within moderate budget. Thanks in advance.

I'd match what Puget Systems does as closely as possible for Premiere Pro:

Also, for video editing, I'd go with Intel.  

If building a system for heavy 3D workloads, Ryzen would be a consideration.
