Why am I receiving - Adobe media encoder your system's hardware does not support hardware acceleration?

I’m receiving - adobe media encoder your system's hardware does not support hardware acceleration for the current settings. I’m attempting to use media encoder 26.3.1. My project is in Premiere 26.3.0. The project file is local and the files are on an EVO NAS.

My desktop setup is as follows: Intel Xeon W-2265 @ 3.5GHz, NVIDIA RTX A5000 24GB, 128GB RAM, 1TB m.2 OS Drive Windows 11 Enterprise, 500GB m.2 cache SSD.

Your computer should handle it, so try to update you graphic drivers for your RTX A5000: NVIDIA RTX Driver Release 595 R595 U6 (596.72) | Windows 11
