Why AMD Radeon Pro WX 3100 (Mobile) doesn't work in Premiere Pro CC 2017?

Hello everyone,

I try to fix for long time my issue with AMD Radeon Pro WX 3100. With this card I don't have option to change Renderer in Premiere Pro CC 2017. I have latest drivers.

On the prtscr you see my settings and my problem.

Please can you help me somebody?
