Will Premiere Pro run with these specs?

So these are my specs first off.

Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64 bit

CP: Intel Core i5 6400 @ 2.70GHz

Ram: 8GB Dual-Channel @ 1064MHz

Graphics: 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950

I'm trying out the trial version and it opens up fine, but there is lag. Also when I try to add a transition to a video and then play it, it starts to stutter and drop frams like crazy. The only thing I can think of is that I need more RAM, but wanted to make sure first.

    A faster processor and more RAM may help.

    Does it still stutter after rendering the timeline?

    Is this a desktop or laptop?

    What is your hard drive setup (what kind, how many, what is on each, and how full)?

    What media type and codec are you editing?

    Where is the media from?
