Alright, 4GB Graphics Cards, are almost Double the Price of 2GB, that might be a issue to me! 16GB RAM with 2400Bus Speed will be alright? and the Processor and Mainboard?

I will store my Media and C Drive (Windows) in 500GB SSD

You want a 1 TB SSD if that will be your only SSD.

will I face Issues with a the Graphics Card I have mentioned?

You will not have much GPU acceleration, if any, so you will likely not have a happy editing experience.

You need at least 16 GB RAM.  Depending upon your media and effects used, you may need to use proxies even with 16 GB RAM.

You will need a more powerful graphics card.

Where will you be storing your media?
