Z790 Godlike and Quick Sync?

Given that Z790 Godlike does not support an IGPU, having a 13900KS and 4090 does anyone know if Quick Sync will work?

 

I primarily use After Effects, almost never use Premiere Pro for anything.

    Sorry, no QuickSync support whatsoever. Therefore, all decoding and encoding will be via either the discrete GPU or CPU only (depending on the discrete GPU itself).
