Adobe capture bugging out and flickering

Adobe Capture used to be such a great too. But for the last year it flickers and bugs out and you cant see the font exaples to choose from. See video attached. This would be great if you can fix this.

Iphone 16 pro. It also did it on my iphone 13 before.
