Adobe Capture CC - License - Commercial Use

Hello,

I have noticed that the Adobe Capture CC mobile app is showing as 'Non-Commercial' (see reference '1' listed below).

*Note: Adobe Capture CC is currently available for free download through the Google Play store.

I am trying to figure out if the Adobe Capture app is licensed for commercial use or if it is possible to use it for commercial purposes.  For example, are there any conditions that can be met in order to use this app for commercial use?; such as being a 'current' paying member of Adobe Creative Cloud?

Some clarification here would be appreciated. Informational references have been listed below with links and screenshots.

There are a few places where I have been finding 'Licensing' and 'Terms of Use' information regarding the Adobe Capture app:

1. Adobe website on the 'Adobe Capture CC FAQ' page, the link found there for the Creative Commons page is showing that the app is 'Non-Commercial'.

https://helpx.adobe.com/mobile-apps/help/capture-faq.html

2. In the Google Play store, where Adobe Capture mobile app is currently available for free download, there is a link to an 'Adobe General Terms of Use' page which contains the following;

      "3.7 Selling Your Content. We may allow you to license your content to other users through our Services. If available, you may choose to license      your content through us under a separate agreement or directly to other users under an agreement between you and the buyer."

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.adobe.creativeapps.gather

3. Adobe website, 'Product Licenses and Terms of Use' page; there is a product listed under 'Other' Products for 'Adobe Capture Handheld Client'.  This is the only product that I see containing the words 'Adobe Capture'.  There is a link provided there.

Thank you!

Hi Steven,

Just as with any of our other products, you can use Adobe Capture CC for commercial purposes.

I hope that helps.
