Adobe Capture keeps asking for log in when exporting

Hello need help support said to ask here. I was using capture fine until got a new phone and added adobe capture. I pay for the monthly subcription for Adobe Suite. The problem I am having is when I try to export a file as an jpg or svg or pdf a bubble pops asking to log in for that feature takes me to the adobe web site. Then ask to log in. I log in and then it does not do anything. It keeps asking me every time to purchase to get the feature when I already pay for full suite. I called tech support said to restart password re install apps and that did not work. I called again and last person did not want to help send me here. I was getting in a rythm creating with that feature and would greatly appreciate any help. I don't understand why they could not help. And why is not working. Any help would be appreciated thank you.
