Adobe Capture looped back to welcomm/sign

I downloaded adobe capture on the Google Store. I have downloaded it countless times, but I still cannot use the software. The reason is that after each login, I will jump back to the start interface. My phone is One Plue 6t (an Android phone). I want to know how can I solve the problem.
