Adobe Capture not available in Switzerland

I was trying to download Adove Capture through a  link but when I click it I get this error message saiying “not found”.  As of my Creative Cloud the app should be available in Switzerland, I am using a Samsung S20 and accirding to my research the phone is not too old. 
Any tips, how I can download this app?
