Hello. I have a Galaxy A10 (Android 9) and the play store say: "Your device isn't compatible with this version". And the phone use a really new android version. And it is updated. I expected that a app like that was compatible with my phone.

Why I can't download it?

    HI Marcos.

When I saw your post yesterday and realized how new your device is, I asked the Capture team to make sure it was enabled in the PlayStore.

They enabled it. That's why it was suddenly available to you when it hadn't been before.

    Glad you have it now.

    Sue.

    Hi @Freedbird ,

The Adobe Capture app is supported for Android version 7.0 and above.

Please update your system to a compatiable Android version. If the issue still persists, please let us know.

    Thanks,
